A dozen, a gross, and a score
Plus three times the square root of four
Divided by seven
Plus five times eleven
Is nine squared and not a bit more.
I dont care if it rains or freezes
as long as I have my plastic Jesus
travelling on the dashboard of my car
It comes in colors pink and pleasant
and it glows at nite b/c it's iridescent
I take it with me when I drive far.

nervous system
Central nervous system is the brain and the spinal cord. The peripheral nervous system is that w/c comes and goes to the CNS. The PNS is compose of the voluntary-somatic and the autonomic. The voluntary is just that, things under ones control. The autonomic is more automatic. It is composed of the parasympathetic and the sympathetic.
housing bubble
Pre-2000, to buy a house standards were harder ie 25% down, steady job, good credit rating b/c bank wanted money back. Then mortgage broker Eg. CFC got into business and had less incentive to make sure mortgagee's would pay them back. This was b/c they take say 100o mortgagee's , bundle them and sell them to investment banks Eg. bear stearns who would bundle an even larger amt. and sell them to investors. The investors like the returns b/c they were high and were SAFE according to rating agencies like Moody or s and p. These ratings agencies gave them a AAA b/c when house prices were going up, noone was defaulting. There was no negative feedback b/c everyone was benefitting. Home owners with no money, mortgage brokers, investment banks and investors.

OTTAWA -- The chief public health officer says few Canadians have suffered serious side-effects from the H1N1 flu shot.
Dr. David Butler-Jones says that of the 6.5 million people who have received the H1N1 vaccine, only 36 have had serious adverse reactions.
With any vaccination campaign, we expect to see some cases of serious adverse events," he said. "They are very rare, but they are part of all mass-vaccination campaigns and we expect to see a small number of them."
More serious reactions can include life-threatening illnesses, disabilities or deaths.
One person is believed to have died from a serious reaction to the vaccine, Butler-Jones said, but the death hasn't yet been conclusively linked to the flu shot. He said it's possible the elderly person who died suffered from an underlying condition.
CTV reported Tuesday it had been told by Manitoba health officials about the deaths of two people in the province within a week of getting the H1N1 vaccine.
The provincial officials said the H1N1 immunizations were not likely the cause of the death in either case.

ch4 god is dead
The gay science by FN-A madman who ran to the market place and yells, I seek god. Everyone laughed, as they did not believe. The madman says we have killed him, u and I. Men have not heard this. They have done it to themselves but they know not what they do. Not is there a god but how did the belief in god arise? Explain philosophical idea not justify. Morality rests on the foundation of god, if there is no god then everything is permitted. No god=> no morality. Morality and religion are closely tied together. If we don't believe in god, than we don't believe in morality. Nietzsche predicts a horrific future when mankind realizes this. Our reductions of morality end at god. ie we believe c<-b<-a where <- is because of and a is given. Nietzsche thinks that b/c we no longer believe in a, c must crumble. FN says we should not get rid of god til we get rid of grammar. God is so basic to our thinking. God will permeate everything we think. God organizes society, Islam, theocracy, catholic church of old. FN philosophy permeates too of religion. FN- "philosophizing with a hammer" from Jeremiah -"Is not my word like fire," declares the LORD, "and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?-. Ludwig Andreas Feuerbach-God is the outward projection of man's inward nature...( it appears than to me, that god is a projection of who we wish to be ie all knowing, all powerful and all good. We then take this model, GOD, and strive to be like it. A perfect model w/c we can always strive towards yet never attain. Incorrect thinking of this model has God getting credit for one's virtue-by the grace of God- instead of crediting humanity for this virtue. It appears also to deflect evil to God-God destroys then builds back up- instead of attempting to fix the evils or accepting the evils as the price of admission to life- is god than an idol-One that is adored, often blindly or excessively.) Since god was a human production w/c synthesized society for so long, we than can come up with a better alternative myth. Philosophizing with a hammer smashes god to than build up a better god. Create by destroying. Human behavior masks alot of human motives. Luther says god has many masks ie we dont know his motives. Guilt and sin is what FN wants to get rid of. These are metaphysical. Guilt is a blemished soul. Why are the 7 deadly sins sins? Pride is an excessive belief in one's own abilities-Aristotle= self esteem
Envy is wanting what others have, be it status, abilities, or possessions-basic human emotion
Gluttony is the desire to eat or consume more than you require-to be human
Lust is a powerful craving for such as sex, power and money-FN says it should be enjoyed
Anger is the loss of rational self-control and the desire to harm others-Aristotle-not to get angry appropriately is to be a fool
Greed is the desire for material wealth or gain-part of human circus
Sloth is laziness and the avoidance of work-most of us probably could use a dose of this. FN-romans, napoleon advanced human society. Also hitler advanced our knowledge of our own savagery.
